The location is in Westwood Village near UCLA and is convenient for guests coming from the Westside, including Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

Use the parking instructions in your booking confirmation. The studio’s current parking note directs guests to the lot behind the studio, accessible from Glendon Avenue, Wellworth Avenue, or Westwood Boulevard, then up the black staircase.

Occasional nearby plaza or pop-up spaces may use different instructions, so rely on the location attached to your specific booking.

What is included?

A regular ticket includes:

• A 60-minute scheduled class
• All-levels yoga instruction
• A provided mat
• Supervised puppy interaction in the class space

You do not need to own a dog or bring a partner. You also do not bring your own dog.

What is the class actually like?

The instructor guides the room through an accessible flow while puppies move among the mats. The experience is intentionally less structured than a standard yoga class because the animals may play, rest, approach guests, or interrupt a pose.

That makes it a good fit for:

• People looking for a light weekend activity

It is not the best fit for someone who wants silence, precise alignment work, or an uninterrupted fitness session.

You can pause, choose a simpler version of a pose, or sit out a movement. If you want a quiet, technically focused workout, a standard yoga class will be a better fit; puppy yoga is intentionally less predictable.

Is puppy yoga ethical?

The name of the activity does not guarantee responsible operations. Look for transparent sourcing, active supervision, a rest option, clear guest rules, sanitation, and a willingness to change the session when an animal needs space.

Puppy & Flow works with carefully screened breeder partners. Before puppies participate, the team reviews relevant age, health, vaccination, temperament, and class-suitability information. The specific puppies can vary by session.

What should you wear and bring?

Wear comfortable, washable clothes that let you move. Avoid loose jewelry, dangling cords, strong fragrance, and anything delicate or difficult to wash. Mats are provided, although you may bring your own if you understand that puppies can walk, shed, or have an accident on it.

How should you interact with the puppies?

Let puppies approach you and follow the team’s directions before picking one up. Never chase, corner, wake, or feed a puppy. Keep phones, bottles, and bags out of puppy pathways, avoid flash photography, and give resting puppies space.

The puppies choose where they move and when they rest. A successful visit is not measured by how long one particular puppy stays on your mat.

Can you take photos or bring your own dog?

Photos are welcome when they do not block walkways or disrupt the class. Ask before photographing other guests and stay aware of the instructor and puppies while using your phone.

Do not bring your own dog. Each session uses puppies arranged for that class, and introducing another animal would change the health, behavior, and safety plan.

Can you book for a group?

Yes. For a few friends, choose the same public class and buy the needed ticket quantity if availability allows.

For a dedicated birthday, bachelorette, company, school club, or larger group, use the private events page. A private-event quote is based on the headcount, date, venue, and setup.
