Membership FAQ

What happens to unused classes?

Classic and Premium members get 1-month rollover — any unused classes from this month carry over to next month. They expire if still unused after the rollover period.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes! Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. 6-month and annual plans can be cancelled after the commitment period ends. No hidden fees, no hassle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can switch tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I book classes as a member?

Members get access to priority booking through their dashboard. Simply pick a date and time, and your spot is reserved. Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance — before spots open to the public.
