Membership FAQ

What happens to unused classes?

Classic and Premium members get 1-month rollover — any unused classes from this month carry over to next month. They expire if still unused after the rollover period.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can schedule cancellation online at any time. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Six-month and annual cancellations take effect at the end of the minimum commitment; after that, the membership continues month to month until cancelled.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can switch tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I book classes as a member?

Members get access to priority booking through their dashboard. Simply pick a date and time, and your spot is reserved. Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance — before spots open to the public.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Same as drop-in — we provide yoga mats at every class. Just wear something comfortable.
