Who we are

Puppy & Flow ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and offers puppy yoga classes and related services. Our classes are held in Westwood, Los Angeles, United States.

Information we collect

  • Booking and account details: such as your name, email address, class date and time, and information you provide when you book a class, join our membership program, or use our affiliate portal.
  • Email list details: such as your email address, first name if provided, and signup source when you join our updates list.
  • Customer support communications: such as messages you send us about a booking, cancellation, refund, or reschedule request.
  • Instagram interactions: if you mention our Instagram business account in a Story, we may receive your Instagram-scoped account identifier and information about that mention so we can send the promotional reply you requested by tagging us.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers; Stripe handles payment card data according to its own policies.
  • Technical data: such as browser type, general device information, and pages you visit on our site, including through analytics tools described below.
  • Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation, optional analytics, and (when you visit with a referral link) to remember an affiliate code so a booking can be attributed correctly.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Process bookings, payments, refunds, and membership-related services;
  • Send transactional messages (for example, booking confirmations and important updates);
  • Use automated tools to classify support requests, match them to booking records, and prepare the appropriate next step. Refunds are not issued by the automated support system and require manual approval by an authorized administrator;
  • Send marketing emails when you sign up for our updates list;
  • Respond to eligible Instagram Story mentions with a promotional code;
  • Operate and improve our website, classes, and customer support;
  • Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and users.

Analytics and advertising

We use third-party analytics and advertising technologies to understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our ads. These providers may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. Specifically:

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website.
  • Advertising pixels. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads conversion tracking on our website. These record actions such as page views, viewing a class, starting checkout, and completing a booking, so we can measure which ads lead to bookings and show relevant ads on those platforms.
  • Server-side conversion measurement. We may also send the same booking and purchase events to Meta and Google directly from our servers, including a securely hashed version of your email address, so those events can be matched and counted accurately.
  • Advertising audiences. We may share a securely hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of customer email addresses or phone numbers with advertising platforms such as Meta to build audiences — for example, to show ads to past guests, to avoid showing certain ads to existing customers, or to help the platform find new people with similar characteristics. These platforms cannot read the original email address or phone number from the hashed value.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on where you live — including if you are a California resident — you may have the right to opt out of this kind of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, or to ask us to remove you from our advertising audiences, contact us using the channel described under "Your choices and rights" below. You can also limit ad tracking through your Meta and Google account settings, and through your device or browser privacy controls.

Service providers

We rely on trusted vendors to run our business, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (for example Resend), customer-support automation, website hosting, and analytics. They process data on our behalf only as needed to provide those services.

Retention

We keep booking and related records for as long as needed to operate our business, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the same channel you use to reach Puppy & Flow for support (for example, the email address on your booking correspondence). You can also follow our data deletion instructions. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

Our website and online services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information directly. A parent or legal guardian may provide a minor participant's name and age when booking or completing a waiver so we can administer the class, maintain waiver records, and protect participant and animal safety. If you believe a child submitted personal information directly, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
