Agreement

By accessing this website or purchasing tickets or services from Puppy & Flow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

Puppy & Flow offers recreational puppy yoga experiences and related offerings. Class details, location, schedule, and pricing are described on our website and may change. We do our best to run classes as advertised, but participation depends on factors such as venue, animals, and attendance.

Booking, tickets, and payments

  • When you complete a purchase, you receive confirmation subject to availability and our policies.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize us and our provider to charge the amounts shown at checkout for the services you select.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, or "bring a friend" style promotions are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of booking and may be limited or withdrawn.

Cancellations and refunds

Because puppy yoga classes involve live animals, handlers, and a limited number of spots, we follow a firm cancellation window. The following tickets are not eligible for a refund:

  • Used tickets. Any ticket that has already been checked in, scanned at the door, or otherwise redeemed for entry to a class is considered used and is non-refundable — including if you leave class early, decline to participate on the mat, or are asked to leave for a safety or conduct reason.
  • Cancellations within 5 days (120 hours) of class start time. Bookings cancelled inside this window are non-refundable. You may still reschedule to another available date/time at our discretion, subject to availability.
  • No-shows and late arrivals. If you do not arrive in time to be checked in before class starts, your ticket is treated as used and is not refundable.
  • Free, promotional, and third-party tickets. Free bookings, promotional tickets (including "bring a friend" and complimentary / invited tickets), Groupon and Eventbrite vouchers, and any other third-party-issued tickets are non-refundable by Puppy & Flow; refunds for those must be requested from the original seller or voucher platform.
  • Memberships and packages. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, memberships, class packs, and pre-paid credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused class credits may expire per the terms shown at the time of purchase.
  • Entry refused under our age or conduct policy. If a guest is refused entry or a class is ended for them due to our age rules, safety rules, or conduct policy, no refund will be issued.

You may cancel for a full refund more than 5 days (120 hours) before your class start time using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Self-serve rescheduling is available free of charge up to 48 hours before class start time, using the reschedule link in your confirmation email — bookings inside that 48-hour window can't be moved through the self-serve link; contact us and we'll try to accommodate a change at our discretion, subject to availability. If Puppy & Flow cancels a class (weather, venue, animal welfare, or similar reason), you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund at your choice.

Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. For questions about a specific booking, contact us through the channel you used to book or the address in your confirmation email.

Membership

If you purchase a membership, additional terms shown at checkout (including billing cycle, included benefits, and any commitment period) apply together with these Terms.

Health, safety, and participation

Puppy yoga involves physical activity and interaction with animals. You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you. Follow staff instructions and venue rules. Puppy & Flow and its partners are not liable for injuries or issues arising from ordinary risks of yoga or interaction with animals, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

As a condition of participation, every guest (or, for minors, their parent or legal guardian) must agree to our Liability Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk, which describes the inherent risks of puppy yoga and releases Puppy & Flow from claims of ordinary negligence to the extent permitted by California law. You agree to that waiver when you check the agreement box at checkout.

Age policy

  • Minimum age to attend class is 12. Guests under 12 cannot be checked in, even with a ticket.
  • Guests aged 12–15 must be accompanied by a participating adult (18+) at all times during class. The adult must hold their own ticket and remain on the mat with the minor.
  • Guests aged 16 and 17 may attend without a participating adult, but the ticket must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian, who acknowledges these Terms and the safety rules on the minor's behalf.
  • For everyone's safety — yours, other guests', and the puppies' — we reserve the right to refuse entry or end a class for anyone who does not meet these age rules, and no refund will be issued in that case.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with other guests or animals, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to use. We may refuse service or cancel a booking in cases of abuse, fraud, or safety concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Puppy & Flow and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event—except where such limitations are not allowed by law.
