Request deletion

To ask Puppy & Flow to delete personal information associated with your bookings, messages, or Instagram interactions, email hello@puppyandflow.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

What to include

• The email address used for your booking, if applicable;
• Your Instagram username, if the request relates to an Instagram interaction;
• A short description of the information you want deleted.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials. We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request belongs to you.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt and process verified requests as required by applicable law. Some records may be retained when necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes.
