A little look inside
Real puppies. Real class moments.
Take a look at puppy time during one of our Los Angeles classes. Guests settle onto their mats, meet the puppies, and enjoy a few unhurried moments together.
This footage is from a Puppy & Flow class on September 26, 2026. It gives you a feel for the experience before you book your own visit or plan a gathering with your group.

Make it a private event
Plan a puppy yoga session for a birthday, team outing, or group celebration. Tell us your date, guest count, and venue ideas so we can confirm a suitable setup.
Keep it all puppy play
Choose a Puppy Party for relaxed play, cuddles, and photos without a guided yoga class. Available formats and venue needs are confirmed with your inquiry.
Before you visit
Every class has its own mix of playful and quiet moments. The puppies and room setup can change, so this clip shows one past class rather than the exact puppies at your future booking.
Read our puppy care and welfare standards for how we supervise interactions and provide rest, water, and breaks. Our first-visit guide covers what to wear and how to prepare, and our Westwood location page has current class availability.
