Creator Program Agreement

Effective August 14, 2026 · Version 2026-08-14

1. The program

This agreement applies to your participation in the Puppy & Flow Creator Pass program (the "Program"). Applying does not guarantee approval, free classes, assignments, challenges, commissions, rewards, or payment. Puppy & Flow may choose who participates, which opportunities are offered, and may suspend or end participation at any time.

2. When a reward is earned

Submitting content does not create a payment obligation. A challenge, bounty, bonus, level reward, or similar payment is earned only after Puppy & Flow marks the submission approved. Until approval, no reward is owed.

Puppy & Flow may approve, reject, or disqualify a submission in its sole discretion, including because it is incomplete, late, duplicate, low quality, unusable, off-brand, unsafe, inaccurate, missing a required tag or disclosure, contrary to instructions or platform rules, or otherwise unsuitable for the Program.

Views and engagement must be genuine. Bought, botted, click-farm, automated, incentivized, exchanged, duplicated, or otherwise manipulated traffic does not count. Suspected manipulation may result in rejection, reversal of an unpaid reward, removal from the Program, and loss of future eligibility. Puppy & Flow's records and approval decision control absent a clear administrative error.

3. Commissions and payments

Affiliate commission applies only to qualifying bookings tracked to your active link or code under the rules displayed in your dashboard. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, test, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn commission and may be removed or reversed before payment.

Approved amounts are paid using the method and schedule then shown in the dashboard or challenge. You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.

4. Content rules and disclosures

Your content must be truthful, original or properly licensed, lawful, safe, and compliant with platform rules. You must have permission from people whose image, voice, music, or other protected material you use. Do not make false health, animal-welfare, pricing, or other claims about Puppy & Flow.

You must clearly disclose free classes, payment, commissions, discounts, and other benefits in each applicable post using plain language that viewers can easily notice. A tag by itself is not a sufficient disclosure.

5. Permission to use submitted content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Puppy & Flow a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to repost, display, reproduce, edit, crop, caption, adapt, advertise, and otherwise use content you submit to the Program, along with your public name, handle, image, and voice, for marketing and promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation.

6. Independent creator

You participate as an independent creator, not as an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of Puppy & Flow. You cannot make commitments for Puppy & Flow. You decide how to create your content, subject to the applicable challenge requirements and this agreement.

7. Release, indemnity, and limits

Participation is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Puppy & Flow and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and agents from claims arising from your participation in the Program, creation or publication of your content, platform decisions, audience response, lost reach, lost opportunities, or unapproved submissions. The separate class liability waiver still applies when you attend a class.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold the released parties harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your breach of this agreement, infringement or privacy/publicity violations, missing advertising disclosures, false statements, or manipulated activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puppy & Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Its total Program liability will not exceed approved but unpaid Program amounts owed to you during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes, termination, and general terms

Puppy & Flow may change or end future Program benefits, challenges, rates, eligibility rules, or this agreement. Changes do not turn a previously rejected submission into an approved one. This agreement, the applicable dashboard or challenge terms, the website Terms of Service, and the class waiver form the entire agreement for their respective subjects.

California law governs this agreement. Disputes must be brought in state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
